Judging the architectonic style, the building we see today belong to the first half of XIX Century (IPAC-BA). Colonial Building of that period, not only at Bahia but whole Brazil, have the same charasteristics: a main entrance after wich is a stairs that ends in a corridor along which the main rooms are placed.
